it’s not my phone but someone i knows phone. it won’t send a message to an android user but it will send an image and call a person with an android. i’ve made sure sand as SMS is on and it still won’t work

Mere enabling SMS will not suffice. The SMS plan need to be enabled by your Carrier too, for your SIM plan.
