I want a family member to be able to find my iphone and/or my apple watch if I don't have my iphone with me. My spouse has Alzheimer's. She has both an iPhone and recently an Apple Watch. Can I use my iPhone to track both items should she not have one of them with her?

How do I set up a family members Apple Watch so it can be found in find my… if they have their own iPhone my partner has an Apple Watch that is connected to her iPhone. We have family sharing. How do I set up her iPhone and Apple Watch so I can use Family Sharing to locate her?
