iPhone Glitch

So I was on FaceTime and my phone was on 1% so I went to go charge it just in time. When I am charging it, I can't get into any of my apps, can't restart my phone, can't call or message anyone, not even use Siri, also can't just turn off the phone. It has been almost four hours and no change. I don't know what to do?!
