Refund request to get money back with other payment methods that used to buy

I request to refund a purchase that I buy with credit card. But now the credit card have been blocked and change to the new one. How I can make sure the refund will be transfered to new credit card?

Apple will likely issue you with a credit balance to your Apple Account if they cannot refund back to the payment method used originally.
