My Apple ID has been blocked

Hello.

My account has been blocked.

And I cannot unlock it. When entering the password, it says that it is blocked, there was a problem, I can not restore it, because the message goes to @ icloud.com and I cannot enter, since the account is blocked. And he does not accept secret questions either. Help unblock your account

Read the support article "If your Apple ID is locked or disabled"; it has solutions for two frequently encountered reasons for an account to be disabled/locked. Click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT204106


I know there's some redundancy in the documents but apparently I need to post both here because not everybody is aware of that.
