The screen of my I pad air sometimes frozen and I should wait for about 10-20 sec until the screen starts to respond again to the touch. There is no history of falling down or any trauma and the memory still empty and have a good space.

How to fix this irritating problem please.

Try and Force restart iPad


Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button and keep it pressed until Apple logo appears, release the button and your iPad will finish booting up.
