Pairing Apple Watch says can not connect in internet to update
Bought my daughter an Apple Watch but we can’t get past the screen that says the below can anyone help ??

the watch is an SE brand new from EE and my daughter has updated her phone to the newest update can’t get to see what the watch is on as we can’t pair it to see . We have tried restarting both phone and watch we have tried switching airplane mode on and off Bluetooth off and on we have tried to pair on my phone also still can’t get past this screen thank you
