The Apple TV was working on the TV but I haven’t used it for a few months. No I want to switch it on but it’s only blinking and it shows nothing on the screen I can’t even see the settings it’s completely dark what should I do?

is it flashing very fast or moderate? how long did you leave because it might've been updating. I would leave it for a few minutes and if all fails, I would unplug it for a minute or so and try again. That's what my panic stricken mind would do but I'm sure a Mod will give you a link to read. I often wonder where do they find those links lol.
