Iphone 12 battery drain

Same sim card at same place once inserted in iphone xr and kept overnight with wifi, bluetooth, mobile data off

and in second case inserted in iphone 12 , with same configuration observed huge overnight drain on the device. why so ? Giving two graphsThe iphone xr and 12 both shows same signal bar at the same place for the same network still the battery idle drains are different. I am not able to understand anything.
