Positive Balance on Apple Card

This is false information. Why would you say this? They just transferred my positive balance back to my checking account with no problem whatsoever. We have been able to do this for a long time now. Just get on chat and they'll do it.

Fair enough, but I don’t think that they were asking if they could do it themselves. Saying that it will be used to pay off future purchases without saying that they will transfer it for you if you contact them is a little misleading.

But you could not do it yourself. Goldman Sachs had to do it. nothing I said was not true or false information.

No it is not. My answer fits their question. I did not look into the semantics. I cannot infer further meaning than what I read. Since this thread is about month old I am willing to say the the OP already spent the money on purchases.

Wow, sorry to ruffle your feathers. This is a public forum for everyone to read, not just the OP. If someone is searching for the answer to whether or not it is possible for that credit to be transferred to checking account with another institution, as I was, it is misleading. Since you didn’t add that it can be done by simply asking them, I thought I’d add it to the thread for other people searching for the answer that I was.

Of course I don’t get to decide how others answer, but I have every right to add to the conversation.

My feathers are not ruffled. I answered what I answered. You could have added your response without accusations very easily. Example of something you could have written - "You can also call Goldman Sachs at 1.877.255.5923 and ask them if they can transfer the money for you."
