When I try to buy a game on my iPad that costs money (first time) it has my account balance available as a payment option, however when I click on the option, nothing happens. I know that I can use the visa option if I verify it, but I want to use my account balance instead.

Even after you verify the credit card, the Account Balance is normally used before the credit card is charged.
My main problem is that it doesn’t allow me to continue with the purchase so I can’t even use the balance.
So what I should do is try verifying the credit card to see if I can use the balance then? Ok.
