Why can't I see Apple TV plus on my Apple TV? I am in Iceland.

In fact it doesn't have the Apple TV app at all.
Thanks, Urquhart1244. For clarity, does that apply to Apple TV+ only or also to the Apple TV app? I can't even see the Apple TV app on the home screen.
That is for the Apple TV app on the Apple TV box and other devices. That means no Apple TV+, no other Apple TV app Channels, and no iTunes Store movies at this time.
