I just bought a pair of BeatsX, they won’t power on and won’t rest. They are fully charged.

Beats Solo 3 Is Dead After less than 10 hours of use my Beats Solo 3 headphones are completely dead. They won't turn on and won't charge. I have tried multiple cables, outlets and have attempted to reset the firmware by holding the volume - button and the power button for 10 seconds. Nothing. What should I do?

Beats Solo pro headphones stopped charging the Light doesn’t turn on when plugged in. It also wasn’t on when it was charged this last time I used it. I have tried resetting them but it didn’t work and now the headphones are dead. When I put them on I can hear the low battery noise but I cannot connect them to my phone.

Hello ~ I think your best option is to contact Apple Support. You can go to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support or:

so I have the same issue purchased today will NOT reset and can NOT update firmware b/cause someone at APPL decided to stop the betas updater app. So if we can not connect the Headphone how are we supposed to update the firmware ?
