My phone is disabled and I dont have it all backed up. what can I do? I don't want to lose everything.
Hello ~ That is why backups are so important. If you don’t have a recent backup you cannot do it now. Your only option is to remember the passcode or:

You need to create and maintain backups before the phone fails.
If you didn’t backup before the phone becomes disabled, your data is gone.
Is there honestly no way to restore the data? Like I used to have facial recognition on it. That is disabled and it is not working.
