AirPods
When i put both of my AirPods in only the right one works if I take off the right one the left one works but why can’t I hear thru both sides when they are both in?

I’ll assume you’ve gone through the reset sequence described in the Related Article above and that seemingly got you here.
Also check the Stereo / Mono setting on the iPhone: Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual > is Mono Audio selected?
