I had my phone repaired for my screen and now the phone doesn't work and the screen isn't the same as before and it was provided through an insurance company recommended repairer.

Just to get everything lined up, was it sold new or refurbished through an authorized retailers?

You might be able to have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider evaluate your options. If it's just the screen that the problem then it might be possible to have that replaced for the standard out of warranty cost.

Other than that, often insurance company provided repairs are "guaranteed". But in general third-party insurance rarely pays for authorized repairs.

Go back to the shop that repaired the phone.

Unfortunately, if you didn’t have Apple repair the iPhone, you may have possibly voided the warranty.

Regardless, you need to get expert service and support at the Genius Bar.
