cant disconnect Bluetooth device

I was listening to music when it’s suddenly paused and disconnected my AirPods. When I went to settings to reconnect them, there’s a random device here that I can’t disconnect. Turning my Bluetooth off and on will make it go for a minute or so, and then reconnect and keeps siphoning audio. Not sure what it is or what I can do about it.

Check if this remains connected even when you walk away to another room with concrete walls or say 100 feet away.

Try the following that may help remove the mysterious device

  • Settings > General > Transfer & Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
  • You may have some third-party apps installed especially for Audio, please delete that.
  • You may have some profiles installed by some nearby Bluetooth accessories.
