Exchange Airpods Max Silver for Airpods Max Space Grey

I purchased the Silver Airpods Max online not from Apple and have opened the package but have not worn them and still have original documents and packages. I have contacted the sellers to request an exchange for the Space Grey Airpods Max but they do not allow it since I have broken the seals. Is it possible that Apple can allow me to exchange my product for the Space Grey Airpods Max or that I trade my Silver Airpods Max and purchase a new pair of the Space Grey Airpods Max? And if so, how much would I get back if I traded them since they are in prestige condition and completely brand new.
