Hi - My son has a new iPhone SE that he is setting up & transferring data from an old android phone but he has forgtten the passcode for the phone (already!) and it won't recognise his fingerprint id, so it's locked him out completely. Is there a way to reset it so he can start again? He hasn't set up an apple ID as yet.

You can take it to an Apple store and ask to use one of their Macs
Thanks - is there anyway I can do this without updating my Mac OS? I am still using apps that aren't supported on the upgrade so I can't update the OS but iTiunes on Mojave won't recognise the phone?
