Lost Apple Watch

I lost my Apple Watch a few months ago. I used find my iPhone app and it was dead and find my iPhone was not working. A few days ago it turned on for find my iPhone. It said it was at the house but I looked everywhere at my house. Then we went to some stores and it says it’s at the stores. Next we went back to the house but in a different vehicle and it says it’s with me. It appears that the Apple Watch is everywhere my phone is. That does not make sence bc I have not had my watch for a little bit. I am not sure if find my iPhone is having a glitch or what. I try to ping it and it says it does. I’m not sure if I can’t hear it bc it’s to dead.
