Ipad autofill not working in safari

Hi,

autofill has stopped working in Safari. It works in chrome.

Ive updated to latest iOS, followed every guide i can find and reset the ipad.

keychain is on.

autofill is on.

my contact is selected.

Any suggestion as to what i can try next ?
