In general terms, any imperfection on the screen is a sign of upcoming display issues. If this yellow line is in the same place and appears frequently then you may have a failing display. It is difficult to diagnose hardware issues without having the device in hand. Next time the line appears, take a screen shot and post it here. Note that line may not show in the screen shot.
My recommendation to you is to take advantage of the current warranty on your iPad Pro and have it examined and diagnosed at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center for a resolution.
