Does this app have to be used with the Apple Watch only or can I use it with my iPhone 13?

This app, which is now called Mindfulness, is only available on your Apple Watch; it is not available on your iPhone. Yet, you may perhaps find third-party iPhone apps on the App Store that have the same functionality.
