How do I play purchased music on my iPhone without data charges?

Thank you. I purchased a new car and I went from playing cd's to using AppleCarPlay and I saw an increase in my data usage. I was playing music that I downloaded from cd's and music that I purchased from iTunes. So now I use usb's.
