Video accelerates and slows randomly

Hello.

I've recorded a couple dancing videos with the iPhone XR, but when I went to edit them I noticed the audio wasn't synchronyzing. Reviewing the footage, for some reason some parts go faster, others go slower, which ends up messing with the video. All the videos have the same problem, so it's not like I can use any of the recordings normally.

Is there any way to fix this? Or is there something I have to change in the camera settings in case I have to record another time? I have a suspicion the camera stabilization may have been what affected the recording, but will it do this everytime I use it?

No. Sorry, reading it back I think I didn't explain myself clearly

The video is a dance cover of a song. To upload it, I have to edit over it the music I was dancing to, but for some unknown reason the video goes faster or slower (it begins fine, but then the video starts to look as if x1.2, then slows as if on x0.8, then goes back to normal speed, etc.. and continues slowing and accelerating to different paces at random) - ultimately completely messing with the audio-video synchronization (the video ends a whole minute before the music does, even though the audio used is the same)

It happens also when viewing it on the pc and an iPad, and no, I'm not using bluetooth. I restarted the device multiple times. The phone is and was updated when recording the video and when viewing it
