Phone frozen
My wife 12pro-max is frozen and will not power off using steps volume + then - then hold right button. Any suggestions?

Did the phone reboot when you went through the instructions provided? Pressing and releasing the volume buttons needs to be done quickly and then go to the power button and hold. Continue to hold until you see the Apple logo and then release. It can take a couple of tries.
