you cannot pay until they charge you. They will not charge you util they ship them. Are you saying you have the money on Apple Cash? What payment method did you submit when you ordered them? Did you order them from ATT or order them from Apple and selecting ATT as the carrier?
Do you mean Apple Cash? If you can use "pay with Apple" on AT&T's site, then you can use Apple Cash. Otherwise, you'll need to use your credit card or finance.
