If the case is damaged, Apple won't do it separately. If only the back glass (i.e. the case) is damaged and everything else is intact, that would be the same price. Apple doesn't repair the case for the customer. All such "repairs" are simplified as a complete replacement.

But for replacement by Apple, a battery replacement in the United States is $69 plus tax. The screen assembly (front glass and display) is $279 plus tax. There is also a $6.95 shipping charge if it has to be shipped to/from Apple. An Apple Authorized Service Provider may have slightly different prices as they're allowed to set their own prices, but they tend to be similar to what Apple charges. These prices are of course different in other countries. Heck - in some countries they don't even replace the battery per se, but offer a complete replacement of the device at a battery replacement price. The exchanged device will then go to Apple to get refurbished and get a new battery.
