ITunes

I have tired for several weeks to log into my existing iTunes / Apple ID and while at first it seems to have worked shortly after I have a notification pop up on my screen. I can’t remember word for word what it says I believe it’s account disabled contact ITunes !! Any help would be amazing I’ve tried making a new account however because my bank card if registered with my account that I cannot access. This usually wouldn’t be a problem however I’d really like to download the theory app in order to help with my driving and this is causing me great issues many thanks harry
