Cannot login to App Store with AppleID

Recently bought brand new macbook pro. And i cannot login to appStore using my apple id.

After i try to do log in within appStore it shows me

It this not new Apple ID.

I have not used My Apple ID before in the App Store.

Running in safe mode didn't solve the problem either!

MacBook Pro, cannot sign in to App Store. Help? Hi, I have a MacBook pro with 2 users and 2 Apple id's. The problem is when im logged with the second user, i cannot sign in to App Store, using the second ID for that user. It keeps telling me: "This Apple ID has not yet been used with the App Store. Please review your account information." I click Review, it gets me to sign in with my ID and after i sign in i get the same message, and this happens all over again. I can only sign in with the first ID activated on this mac. Anyone can help with this?

I have signed into App Store Connect, and after logging in I am taken to this page:

https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/review_agree

This page doesn't load anything so I can't proceed with login.
