I can’t add email to this iPhone. When I use my Apple ID to try and set it up it says the email is already in use. If I click settings , mail ‘add account’ or ‘account’ do not appear.

We see you're trying to setup mail on your iPhone. To clarify, are you using an iCloud email address? If so you can turn it on by going to your iCloud settings directly. If you're running a recent version of iOS you can go to settings > [your name] > iCloud, and turn mail on there.


If you're not using an iCloud email address the Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch resource you're posting from has the best information regarding this.
