HelpViewer using screen time

Ever since I upgraded my Mac to macOS Monterey I have had this app called HelpViewer using a ton of screen time, it is on for 24 hours a day. It doesn't seem to actually be open on my Mac, I have closed out of everything and yet it keeps happening. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I don't want it running 24/7. Thanks.

Screen Time + Roblox issue in macOS I just wanted to put this out there in case anyone else has experienced this issue. When my son's screentime comes to an end, and he's playing Roblox on his Mac Mini, if he requests for additional time, his screen will start to flip rapidly between Roblox and the screentime "time out" screen, creating a glitching effect. I understand that Screentime seems to be intended for iOS & iPadOS, so our millage may vary when utilizing for Mac applications. One semi work around we've found is when the "time out" screen comes up, he gets his iPad and requests it from that, which in turn will open up his mac mini again. Admittedly I would say this has only worked successfully for us about 70% of the time. Of course what I usually do is simply tell him to shut down the device when I feel he's had enough time. I'm honestly just more curious if anyone else has come across this glitch and if any solutions have been found. Thanks!
