Selling iPad Air 1

How can I receive an online quote for my iPad in order to sell? It's an iPad Air 1. No screen damage and is practically in mint condition, minus a few minuscule knicks from the old case on the back corners. If I can't sell it, could I exchange it for an upgraded one?
