I am unable to connect my headphones to my iPhone via Bluetooth. The area that needs to be used to add a device has the icon continually spinning and will not go to the prompt to add a device. What do I need to do to stop it from spinning?

Sorry to hear you are having issues with Bluetooth.
I would recommend resetting your network settings, then attempt the pairing process again.
Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset network Settings.
This should resolve your issue.

I have the same problem. trying to add earbuds but other devices is spinning forever. I restarted, turned bluetooth on and off a bunch of times, updated ios, everything else I found on the web.
All this did was make me madder since nothing changed with my bluetooth and now I had to reset all of my wifi passwords
How to I stop the add device icon to stop spinning? It will not allow me to add a device
