The Apple TV app is not working

My Apple TV is not showing anything. It just shows that “ your synchronized Vedio will show here “ please advise

If your account is for a country or region where Apple video services are not supported, then that message is expected.

Availability of Apple Media Services - Apple Support

If the TV app on your device (iPhone) is not internet-connected, then that message is expected. Connect to Wi-Fi, then try again. Change your settings to allow cellular data for the TV app, then try again.
