Absurd delay

I made a purchase on the B&H store website on the 26th of October 2021.

I customized my 16” MacBook Pro with 64gb RAM and 2TB of capacity, initially the delivery was scheduled for 12/16 to 22/ 12.

Today, December 27th, B&H informed me by email that there is no more forecast before the end of January.

What happens to Apple that still hasn't delivered my order? What is the forecast to deliver to the B&H partner so they can send me?

I remember that today 12/27 it's been two months since my purchase was approved.

I really hope to get an official response from Apple.

We are not Apple corporate and have zero input into their daily operations and policies. We can do nothing to prompt Apple to do anything.


If you want to complain to Apple about B&H's behavior, you'll need to do that directly to Apple.

That's just a suggested starting point to get your foot in the door and be heard. Pick the Chanel that most closely matches your situation.


Or, you can search for different places to be heard. It might be best to start with the Get Support link and let the tech guide you. At this point you just want to be heard and I doubt very seriously if Apple has a "Vendor Disappointment Channel".
