Apple TV sound issue

I have an Apple TV that once you turn it on will do sound from swiping to apps or clicking on something, but then suddenly will completely stop and have no sound. Movies or shows won’t have sound. No screen clicking.

I stream from my phone to it and it works just fine. Turned it off, changed the HDMI ports, blew in the cords,
