Photos app goes black when watching a video!

I'm gonna try be as direct as possible:

My video goes black while watching on the photos app (if i send it via whatsapp and play it back within whatsapp, it playsback perfectly.)

1. I do have icloud turned on!
2. That problem is only on the photos app
3. I tried to record my screen, but when i try, the video playsback flawlessly (perfect colors). Once i turn off the screen record, it goes back on being black and bueish video.
4. I have IOS 14.8 and i started having this problem randomly a few weeks ago, but now it is in almost every video i try to play it back!
