I can drag the custom LUT to a part of the video. But for some reason nothing shows up in the editor window anymore. It did up until a week ago! AndButnow nothing. There are no LUTs to choose from.

Only the Custom LUT effect will appear in the Video inspector. Camera LUTs, even custom LUTs applied to Camera LUTs, only appear in the Info inspector. They are applied to the clips themselves and behave differently of the Custom LUT effect, which are applied to clips in the project.
Go to Effects > Color > Custom LUT and apply that effect to the clip you want to use the custom LUT on.
If after doing that, you select that clip on the timeline and look in the Effects Inspector, you will see the Controls that allow you to select your Custom LUT there.

How are you importing the LUT? The only way I've done it is by going to the clip info inspector, clicking the Camera LUT menu and choosing import.

Just as it's described in the documentation I linked above, select your clip in the browser, then click the little 'i' in the inspector header, choose General, Extended or Settings at the bottom and then add or choose your custom LUT.
Camera LUT is in the Info inspector in General, Extended, or Settings. There is also a Custom LUT effect.
If you are looking for this:
make sure you have the clip that you have applied the custom LUT effect to selected in the timeline.

Thank you so much! That helped me to find them and to apply them. But for some reason they're still not showing up in the video inspector window. I can get to them now because of you but I have to take three or four steps to get there. It's a small price to pay for using them. But are used to show up in the video editor and I could just single click there. Do you have any insight there? Even if you don't, thank you so much.
That's exactly what I'm looking for! That's exactly what I used to have. And I do have the clip highlighted but it's just not there. It's not the end of the world for sure. But it sure was convenient having it in that place that you just highlighted. I'll keep tweaking it around. Thank you so much!
That's what I used to do. Usually the LUT menu was there and now it's just not there. It has vanished. And I have no clue what happened to it.
