Zoom

Most apps typically don’t let you pinch to zoom, and will only let you change the zoom level by changing it system wide in settings. Only things like websites can generally be pinched to zoom (you can pinch to zoom in the Amazon app, but it’s literally just showing you a website).

Whether pinching to zoom works in an app or not is up to the app developer. It is possible that app does not support zooming.
