Does Apple even have live chat support?

Encountered a problem with subscriptions and refunds over the holiday season and I wanted to sort it out personally by speaking with or talking to an agent via chat. However, I am just being led to page after page of ridiculous suggestions that do not even address my specific problem. It’s absurd how Apple does not have an agent/s to cater to my needs via chat.

It sounds like you would like to speak to an Apple Support advisor via chat but have been unable to. We can understand wanting to speak to someone as soon as possible to get your issue with subscriptions and refunds sorted out.


The support options you are given depend on which country you're located in and what the issue is. We recommend choosing Billing & Subscriptions > Subscriptions & Purchases, then choosing one of the topics of your issue here: Get Support. You can also choose "The topic is not listed" and explain what the issue is if needed. Another option would be to contact Apple via phone: Contact Apple for support and services.
