Uber application

I work as Uber driver, after updating my app to iOS 15.2 All the sounds in the app (requests, passenger messages, and many more in-app sounds) do not play via the speakers, instead; they be played via the small ear speaker (the one at the top of the phone). This problem has started since I updated to iOS 15.2. same thing happens with Lyft application.

If you have a hearing or sound issue on your device then please try some of these processes to set it right

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support
