i hit "add to wallet" from the ticketmaster app. The ticket still doesn't show up in my wallet. How do I fix this?

Apple wallet issues? Hello. i cannot add tickets from ticketmaster to my apple wallet. I have deleted the ticketmaster app & re-installed and also forced close the wallet & opened it again but it is still not working. I have tried turning on & off my phone but that doesn’t work either. Can’t add more than one ticket to apple wallet I bought several tickets thru Ticketmaster and was trying to add to my wallet and it allowed me to add one ticket but nothing else. Not even for a totally separate event. I tried restarting my phone and closing the app.
