On my dual sim iPhone 13 pro (latest iOS) the focus mode only applies for the main phone line and doesn’t work with my - work related - second number.
If I’m turning the personal focus on and have only some people included to call through on primary line unknown numbers calling on second line coming through as well.
How can I use the focus mode on both lines? or is there a shortcut I could use?

Once the Focus Mode is set to ON, then it is applied to the entire device including both phone lines. You have stated that some phone calls are coming through when Focus Mode is set to ON. This is probably because you may have Allow Repeated Calls set to ON.
Open Settings ➔ Focus ➔ Do Not Disturb ➔ People ➔ Calls From ➔ Allow Repeated Calls: Set this to OFF.

Focus mode is for the device and not for the SIM/eSIM
When you use Focus on one device, the setting is automatically applied across your Apple devices that are signed in with the same Apple ID.
Please check if you have enabled Allow Repeated Calls.
