apple music refund

Hello,

I had been using apple music for a couple of months and I didn't use it as much as I expected and now from this month I thought of canceling the subscription but it automatically renewed without any prior notification or email before renewing. I'm so much dissatisfied with this method. I would like to cancel my current subscription to apple music as soon as possible and request a full refund.

You can cancel Apple Music as described here: How to cancel Apple Music - Apple Support


The cancellation will take place at the end of the subscription month you are currently in and Apple Music will remain available to you until then.


You could ask for a refund and immediate cancellation, though It used to be Apple's policy not to grant refunds of this sort and I don't know whether it still is. Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/?s=6 and select 'Request a refund' from the menu in the page. Note that the refund, if granted, can take up to 30 days to be paid into the payment method used for the purchase - please see https://support.apple.com/HT210904
