my ipad keeps restarting, it turns off randomly and then restarts but before i can get to the lock screen it shuts off and repeats the whole process over and over again, i finally got a computer to move all my passwords and important things off of it and it did it again. its been doing it for about a day now and this is the longest time its done it. can anyone please help me out cause its giving me alot of stress?

I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

so ive found out its a bootloop (or at least im pretty sure it is), but whenever i try to restore or update my ipad it just shuts off after itunes is about to preparing the ipad. do you know what i should do other than resetting it?
