Faulty Macbook Charging Cable

Hey, I got my first MacBook in Feb 2021. There's a display issue on the very first day, and apple didn't return the MacBook ( because I live in Pakistan ). and repaired it in warranty. However from months today I came to know that:

( when I plug in my MacBook it charges fine, however if I turn off the switch and on it again , then it won't charge the MacBook ) Until I plug out the cable and plugin again into macbook.

I tried my friend's cable and it works fine, which means its faulty cable. Any chance if apple will replace it or Do I have to purchase new?

Thanks so much
