Apple Watch 7 speaker clipped during calls

Hi I got Apple Watch 7 + iPhone XS Max

i using the Watch for few weeks without exposing to water.

during calls The speaker makes sounds of clipping/distorted.

My setup is update to the latest versions and I try to do peering and erase all the data but it doesn’t helped.

seems like HW issue (speaker),

who can support in this case???
