Yesterday suddenly while charging my mobile i unmuted my mobile and i got electric shock. I immediately tested with a tester and saw that the whole metal body is passing electric current. I am really shocked. I spend so much money on this phone. Please help me out.

It has nothing to do with the phone. Your charging power source is defective, and has an internal short. Throw it away and get a replacement from a qualified vendor.
