ICloud Settings greyed out

Whenever I click on my name in setting to access ICloud, subscriptions, etc. all the options are greyed out.



I looked at a previous support article on this issue and tried everything suggested (restart IPhone, Reset Network settings, turn off Screen Time, make sure phone is up to date, delete any downloaded profiles and vpns, etc.) and I still can’t access the settings.


For technical specs:

I have an IPhone SE 2nd Ed

iOS 15.2

i first started noticing the problem about two weeks ago, but it could have been here longer and I just didn’t notice it


Any help would be greatly appreciated since I have been unable to access shared photos albums or upload photos to my iCloud for some time
